Dental insurance
We are happy to submit your claims directly to your insurance company when your plan allows it (assignment of benefits). However, treatments must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. The claim is then submitted by our team and the reimbursement is paid directly to the patient by their insurer, according to the terms of their contract. Any portions not covered remain the patient’s responsibility.
